This rule means nothing else than the fact, that the chances on successful business in the area of motorism lie in professional cooperation of the
trade with new cars on the one hand, and the capability of after-sales servicing on the other one.
The high level of offered services for customers is one of the basic tools for achievement of their satisfaction.
The content of customers is one of the most important factors for maintenance of their loyalty to the chosen brand.
Nevertheless, well functioning and good after-sales servicing does not mean only the maintenance of current customers,
they also, as the consequence, creates the real assumptions for extension of the sphere of permanent customers,
who will require from us, in the future, not only these services,
but also may well serve for the next extension of new users and persons interested about our products.
